We adopt an approach that gives due importance to the values of all stakeholder groups in the process of defining our strategies on economic, social, and environmental issues, which represent the fundamental indicators of sustainability, and in prioritising the impacts of our activities.
By integrating our prioritisation efforts, which began in 2022, with our business strategies, we provided a multidimensional framework for our analyses. In 2023, we reviewed the results of our materiality analysis and updated our holistic sustainability strategy for the 2024-2050 period.
In alignment with our materiality analysis, which we integrated with national and international research, maturity benchmarks, and stakeholder engagement, we define our strategies and develop realistic practices.
While determining our priority issues in accordance with stakeholder engagement and inclusivity principles, we considered the views of our strategic external stakeholders, employees, and senior management, and assessed all sustainability-related expectations based on impact-materiality levels to identify the analytical positioning of sustainability components. By incorporating the expectations of our stakeholders along with comparable balancing factors concerning our industry and global trends, we added dimension to our prioritisation analysis in line with our company’s business strategies. As a result of the revised analysis work in 2023, we have identified the necessary axiomatic depth and balanced sustainability dimensions for the sustainability elements we will focus on in the upcoming period.
